职位描述

作为人才发展和培训经理，该岗位的职责包含但不限于：
依据公司的发展战略和业务变化，协助推进组织架构变革，明确部门职责分工；
负责人员配置和标准研究，确定岗位人力配置标准，开展定岗定编管理工作；
负责公司的岗位管理体系建设，结合业务发展需要，定期更新岗位设置及管理规则；
负责人员规划工作，开展人员预算编制、人员效能分析，完成各类分析报告；
负责制定人员规划、组织发展的制度规定和管理流程。
合适的申请者

硕士及以上学历，管理类、心理学类专业优先
有专业的企业培训/人才发展体系规划和实施能力
五年以上人力资源相关工作经验，或三年以上人才发展工作经验
外企、金融行业工作经历优先

About Our Client

Our client is a new and fast growing capital company, currently their HQ is looking for a learning and development or talent development manager/head to join their HR team. Size of the capital company is around 400 people, more than 27 retails and own office building at CBD area.
Job Description

To develop, deliver and evaluate national initiatives implementation in line with BUs business strategies and needs
Act as local expert for national initiatives developed Centre of Excellence in the areas of Talent Management, Leadership Development and Organizational Development activities.
Accomplish any other tasks assigned by superior.
Build the learning culture in line with our client strategic priorities and spirits
To analyze, design, develop and delivery local initiatives and programs based on the business need.
To partner with local business school, universities and consulting firms and etc. in organizing and delivery of the initiatives and programs up to a quality standard
To evaluate and follow up the initiatives and programs to ensure the effectiveness and business implication.
The Successful Applicant

Master degree and above in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related disciplines
At least 5-10 years working experience in learning, talent management and OD functions of large MNCs.
Good at project management and cross functional collaboration.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
The candidate also can do some routine and administration job via cooperation with third party and supporting functions High learning agility, Self-motivated, customer-oriented and result-driven
