直线汇报给L&D 总监，主要负责对新人培养和管理层人员的持续培训，另外需要负责规划和设计领导力、职业或新人培养发展体系（包括师资、课程、制度等）的搭建，及相关重点培训项目的跟进，例如调查分析、培训项目的策划、组织及效果评估跟进和讲授课程
合适的申请者

在培训管理方面有5年或以上经验
对培训工作有浓厚的兴趣，志愿在培训管理方向上发展
对培训项目策划实施与效果评估技能有一定的经验
熟悉课程开发的流程与讲授能力
具备优秀的沟通能力和影响力
有互联网或大型企业培训管理工作经验者优先

Job Description
Reporting to the L&D director, you will be an integral part of the L&D team that provides leadership training guidance and leadership skill appraisal. Moreover, you will also need to develop training programs/system and to implement the training programs/system.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you will be a mature person that has energy. You will also need to have substantial expertise in the design, implementation and management of training program and familiar with leadership skills, with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience gained preferably across well structured company. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have passion of teaching/training.
