区域财务总监职位负责华南区财务管理，包括区域财务报告、风险管控、资金运营、团队管理。


合适的申请者
候选人需具备12年以上财务工作背景，至少5年以上大中型地产企业工作经验，具备一定的融资渠道及经验。需要具备良好的沟通能力及人际理解力，英语可作为工作语言。

Our client is a one of the largest shopping mall developers, owners and managers in Asia by total property value of assets and geographic reach. As their continued growth and expansion has created an opportunity for a senior executive to join the management team within the real estate and property and development business.
Job Description
Reporting to General Manager in Great China, you will lead a competent and well structured team to cover all business in South China. Key responsibilities will include overseeing all finance and accounting operations including financial and operational reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting cycles, risk management, tax and treasury issues, and a range of ad hoc projects. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with local financial standard, cooperate policies and procedures and provide the critical analysis necessary to explore potential business opportunities.


The Successful Applicant
You will be a professionally qualifies account with more than 12 years’ experience gained from sizable or listed companies. Prior experience and a track record in the property development and real estate sector at a senior level is highly desirable. Outstand interpersonal skills with a hands-on, detail oriented and proactive approach are essential. You should have excellent communication and presentations skills in English and Chinese coupled with a highly analytical and numerical mindset.
