HRAD Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Serves as attendance & leave monitoring officer to Expats;
2. In-charge of hiring and recruitment of Non-Filipino staff;
3. Purchasing of non-local equipment, uniform and others;
4. Assist foreign visitors and other logistics;
5. Office Management. Oversee office cleanliness in all areas; reports any irregularities /damage in the office fixtures and equipment;
6. Answers and in-charge of all expats concerns and requests such as accommodation cleaning, billing and etc. ;
7. Coordinates with head office with any IT and telephone problems and concerns;
8. Act as a custodian of uniforms, maintains updated records and inventory, and reports to the Admin Officer;
9. Coordinate business-related matters with the Head Office and external parties;
10. Coordinate with the Building Management on memorandum, gate pass, work permits etc.;
11. Monitoring of assets and accountabilities;
12. Other ad-hoc project.
Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in management or related;
2. 2 years’ experience or above;
3. Good at in English speaking and writing;
4. Maintain a good relationship with suppliers.
