负责移动互联网与医疗健康相关项目的发掘与合作；
调研全球互联网及膳食营养补充剂行业资讯，掌握最新的移动健康相关资讯，挖掘合作伙伴与潜在客户；
根据公司现有情况提出建设性意见、发掘并购机会；
负责项目前期规划及实施工作，把控项目实施进度；
负责协调、组织解决项目进行中的问题
合适的申请者

要求：
计算机、通信或相关专业本科及以上学历，英文流利；
有海外留学背景优先考虑；
5年以上TMT行业研究经验，拥有投行经验]或者过往具有成功的移动互联网相关领域项目实施经验优先考虑；
熟悉医疗健康行业，了解全球移动互联网发展趋势及竞争格局优先考虑；
较强的文档撰写能力，及各类报告处理能力；
优秀的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力。

As part of their recent strategic business developments and continued expansion plans, they are looking to hire a top quality industrial analyst as project manager to joint their investment team.
Job Description

As a project leader in this dynamic team, you need to do research about mobile internet, pharmaceutics and health-care industries and develop investment opportunities.
You will be providing top class corporate finance support to assist in various M&A execution projects.
You will be taking a hands-on approach in this role and you will be building various financial models to assist the smooth process.
You will also participate in deals negotiation as well as conducting financial analysis and the financial impact of the acquisition.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must possess the following traits:
Solid academics from a leading international university, oversea education background is preferred;
Strong equity research background in TMT sector with at least a minimum of 5 years working experience, coming from a investment bank or in-house M&A background.
Strong track record of making strong investment decision and recommendations
Strong communication skills and a team player
Ability to work in a small team. Therefore you will need to be a self starter
Strong passion for global equities and mobile internet sectors;
