职位描述

在指定区域内,推广集团旗下品牌,建立及保持与经销商的联系,符合公司制订的销售计划,目标政策和工作方式,研究市场及预测市场潜力,完成销售指标;
独立完成项目的跟踪以扩大市场份额完成销售任务;
为经销商提供销售指引,培训及协助解决有关销售或技术上的问题,并对经销商的销售活动作出评估;
根据区域销售趋势,竞争和经济业务状况,协助区域销售经理计划及预测下年度销量,做好全年销售预算;
对已有的客户进行跟进服务,并开拓新客户;
出席及参与公司的销售会议,经销商会议及各类展览会,处理有关日常活动支出及投诉的各类文件,报告和表格。


合适的申请者

具有化工或机械本科以上学历,工作年限不少于5年;
具有铁路市场背景,有铁路售后市场经验的优先可虑;
英语读写流利,四级以上;
有责任心,热爱销售工作,能适应经常出差;
较强的沟通能力;
工作积极主动。

Our client is global fortune 500 manufacture with a decentralized organization structure and comprehensive projects. The corporate office is set up to better support with their business needs and now they are looking for a strong, capable tax candidate to join in the organization.


Job Description

Make great effort to promote brand of the group,build and keep contact with the distributors, formulate sales planning, set goals and objectives, and research market, predict potential market to implement sales and marketing strategy in the assigned markets;
Run after the projects independently, and extend market margin in order to complete sales forecast;
Provide sales guides, training, technical knowledge and support to distributors in a professional way; also do the evaluations aim to distributors’ sales;
Identify and analyze sales tendency, competition situation and technology development in the assigned markets, and assist regional sales manager to plan and predict following annual sales, make out annual sales budget;
Maintain strong relationship with existing distributors and identify new channels.
Participate in company’s sales meeting, distributor meeting and various trade show, deal with different costs, appeal documents, reports that related to daily activities.
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's and above degree in chemical, mechanical or other related major background, has more than 5 years working experiences;
Has railway market background, has railway after sales experiences will be preferred;
Excellent written and oral in English is needed, above CET 4;
High responsibility, passion in sales, willing to travel regularity;
Good communication skill is needed;6. Positive thinking and hard working attitude are required.
