根据业务渠道需求进行保险产品设计，并跨部门协调推动系统上线
协助做好保险产品的运营管理和持续优化


合适的申请者

全日制本科及以上学历
保险行业3年及以上工作经验，了解保险行业的法规与条例，熟悉保险产品，有个人保险产品研发、营销策划从业经历者优先
有良好的沟通、协调能力和学习能力
具有一定的英语读写译能力
有创新能力和意识，具有互联网学习或从业经历者优先

Based on the channel requirement, design the product and facilitate the release of new product
Product operation and optimization


The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree with 3 years experience in insurance industry, familiar with related rules and regulations
Experience in insurance product development, marketing will be a plus
Good learner and communicator; active team player with excellent execution
English ability is preferred
