职位描述

向副总裁汇报，岗位将负责：
与外部各类合作方（包括租赁、担保、信托、银行、保险、投行、PE\VC、综合性财团等）建立良好合作关系，发现潜在商业机会，延伸公司产品线。
共享公司主业客户，深入挖掘客户需求，对于合适的客户，推介其他可能的融资方式，最大限度地利用客户资源
根据公司资金需求及战略，设计实施适当方式，为公司融入多渠道资金，满足主业发展需要。
以投行视角和手段，参与公司融资租赁业务结构设计，对于符合条件的项目，尝试引入新的收益模式，在尽可能保证租赁业务基本收益的前提下，博取超额利润。


合适的申请者

硕士及以上学历；工作5年以上者，可放宽至本科学历；
具有信托、银行、证券、基金、PE等机构5年以上工作经验；
具有3年以上团队管理经验；
拥有金融、经济学、财务、会计、法律等专业背景者为佳；
年龄不超过40岁为佳；
有丰富的项目资源与客户资源。

About Our Client 
Our client is owned by a famous Chinese State Owned Enterprise and now becoming one of the largest financial leasing institutions in China. They are aggressively expanding in southern China and Hong Kong both through acquisitions and through gaining an ever increasing market share. As part of their ongoing business expansion and team restructuring plan, they are looking for a high caliber to joint their management team and lead their newly established investment departments.


Job Description
Report to the senior director, you will be working in the newly established IBD team. You will be responsible in the capital markets to raise fund for different projects. You will lead and supervise analysts to support research and due diligence work. You will be the key contact in the investor market and will lead investor relations events. In addition, you will be key member its IPO plan in 2016.


The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a master holder with IBD background of 3-5 years. Preferably, you will have great exposure with Chinese based companies. Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen will be essential attributes. Excellent command of Mandarin is required.
