About Our Client 
Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce Australian company in Guangzhou. As one of the largest Australian online shop, it promises the lowest prices around with top-tier quality in various ranges of products.
Job Description

Manage marketing team of 8 team members working with organic search, paid search, email marketing, display advertising, affiliate marketing, social media, and various other marketing channels.
Motivate and mentor Guangzhou off-shore team to drive sales and produce measurable results.
Work with the website development team as well as external agencies for website optimization and search engine optimization.
Responsible for meeting business goals and objectives associated with online marketing channels.
Propose, manage and implement the budget and promotion plans.
Manage by metrics and have budget accountability and responsibility for all marketing activities.
Review changes to the online marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing plan accordingly.
The Successful Applicant

Have an expert level understanding of online marketing as well as experience with e-commerce websites or international online retailer.
Ability for Strategic creation and implementation.
Ability to multiple tasks organization and deliver quantitative results in a timely manner.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills as well as prior experience with developing budgets and controlling costs.
Excellent communication skills - fluent English (oral and written)
Degree in business, marketing or related field.
