职位描述

熟悉国家和深圳市安全生产法律法规，掌握安全生产专业知识；
了解物业管理的基本方法与购物中心经营管理的专业知识；
熟悉人力资源管理与团队管理的基本理论；掌握消防规范的各项要求；
具普泛以及独特的管理理念，清晰此职位的角色要求。
具备大型购物中心的营运管理经验，10年以上同行业工作经验，5年以上高级管理工作经验；
具备识别与处理应急突发事件的能力，能有效的控制安全事态的发展。
与政府相关部门有良好的沟通、协调关系能力；
具备组建高效工作团队和人才培养的经验。

Job Description

Familiar with the country and the Shenzhen Municipal safety laws and regulations, master production safety expertise;
Learn basic methods of property management expertise and management of shopping centers;
Familiar with the basic theory of human resource management and team management;
Grasp the requirements of the Fire fighting; Familiar with S&P Pan and unique management philosophy, clearly knows what this position requires;
Operation with a large shopping center management experience, more than 10 years experience in the industry, more than five years of senior management experience;
Possess identification and treatment of emergency incidents ability to effectively control the development of security events;
Have good communication and coordination relations skills with government departments;
Experience to work effectively with the formation of teams and personnel training.
The Successful Applicant

Charge of the company operations, customer service, fire safety, engineering facilities and equipment maintenance work, with overall responsibility for the operation and management of shopping centers.
Responsible for co-ordination, review the safety management department, customer service department, the work plan Project Management Department.
Lead and supervise subordinates to do security, operational management, property management;
Responsible for the development of shopping centers and fire safety policies within the scope of the property
Maintain close partnership with the judiciary and local law enforcement authorities of security departments, maintain and expand all aspects of external relations.
Manage and motivate subordinates work performance Other work assigned by the leadership to complete;
