Job Description

This position requires extensive analytical skills and manufacture industry understanding related to costing -
To control and to analyze the variances between standard cost and actual cost; to drill down the variance structure of raw material/burden/labor, and to effectively & efficiently identify the root causes of such production variances
To analyze the sales and the gross margin and to aid the sales team to pursue high potential gross margin clients
To assist supply chain from finance point of view and data for better planning and execution
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate needs to be a SAP savvy and fluent in English for senior management level communication:
Lead all controlling activities within the production site
Monitor and control supply chain work flow
Coordinate sales pricing quotation, cost calculation, Profit allocation, Expense & CAPEX controlling
Develop local controlling standards, process and method together with Asia management and Group Controlling
