职位描述

负责财务部日常工作，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划
负责资金运作管理，日常财务管理与分析;
编制财务及管理用报表，对各项财务工作定期检查及总结；
制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；
向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
负责组织公司的成本管理工作，进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成;
指导并协调下属的工作并监督其执行，以及对部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度
合适的申请者

5年以上大、中型制造企业全盘账务处理及财务管理经验;
全盘账务（含编制合并报表），税务，成本控制;
工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、协调能力及团队精神；
英文读写熟练

About Our Client 
Our client is a Chinese high-end business services company. Through the worldwide service network, this company provides customers with professional business travel and financial services. In order to cope with the rapid development of its business, they are looking for an financial manager.
Job Description

Ensure timely submission for corporate financial package, such as Statutory reports, Internal Management Report, etc.
Coaching Finance team to be in line with the principle of Accounting & Reporting (PRC & Givaudan) through establishment financial processes and procedure
Coordinate business process improvement project ( product cost, inventory, margin, cash flow, etc)
Coordinate in preparation of annual operating budget
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor or above in Accounting, Finance
5 working experience in a supervisory or management role within the Finance Department, preferable in chemical manufacturing plant
Good Skills in excel, word & ppt
Good command of English and Mandarin in both verbal and writing
Self-motivated and independent with high integrity
Detail and accuracy oriented
Hardworking and able to work under pressure
