职位描述
汇报给中国区的董事总经理和香港集团总部的生产及项目高级总监，您将与中国区管理团队合作，管理中国区的生产制造基地和项目管理。 你的主要任务是通过和各业务部门经理和生产基地经理的有效沟通了解生产发展的各项需求；根据公司总体商业目标及时制定生产计划和任务；了解各生产基地生产线情况，提高生产效率，监督生产技术和新基地的建设项目； 发掘有效的物料，设备和人力资源；在各生产基地发展并保持有效优化的模范化生产流程；并严格执行并形成一个良好的生产氛围和运营机制。同时，您也将负责指导技术和生产的可行性研究，及时向中国及亚洲总部相关业务部门建议新生产线和新生产基地；负责项目技术安装，成本控制，合作方的管理并确保相关项目及时的完成；并及时了解当地的相关政策方针，确保项目的合规性。
合适的申请者
成功的候选人需要具有知名大学相关生产，工程，或机械工程本科学位，拥有硕士学历或海外教育背景，最好具有工商管理硕士学位。您需具备至少10年以上丰富的生产管理和工厂管理，以及项目管理经验，并至少担任和拥有7年以上管理职能和经验，最好有快速消费品类的生产管理经验。您需要充分了解最新的行业知识，制造技术，产品质量标准和相关合规政策和法规。鲜明的领导和影响能力，团队管理能力，注重结果并能准确分析细节，正直并具有严格的道德标准是胜出的关键因素。理想的候选人需要良好的书面表达和熟练的中英文水平。

About Our Client

With ambitious expansion plans for China, a need has arisen to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Director to give strategic advice on the manufacturing related functions in all factories and to drive the future long term planning in support of the growth of business in mainland China.
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director of China and functionally reporting to the Group Senior Director of Manufacturing and Projects in Hong Kong, you will serve as an integral member of the China leadership team and contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with the overall vision and business strategy. You will be accountable for the overall direction and performance of manufacturing operations for all the factories in the PRC and lead the manufacturing heads, plant managers, and wider team. Your key responsibilities will be providing efficient and effective operation and management for the development of the factories; oversee industrial engineering and new factory projects in PRC; and make sure the compliance standard. Implement and maintain a value-added approach to production in order to support business decisions is key.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a Degree holder in Manufacturing, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with a MBA preferred. You need at least 10 years experience in production management, plant development and project management; 7 years of which will have been gained at managerial capacity with exposure to fast moving manufacturing environments. To keep abreast of up-to-date knowledge of industrial practice, manufacturing technology, product quality and compliance issues is essential. Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and people management skills with commercial business acumen are a must. The ideal candidate should have high ethical standards and integrity, and excellent oral and written skills in both Mandarin and English.
