全面负责售后服务部的管理工作,向总经理汇报;
制定售后服务部的工作战略和行动计划;
实施和推进公司、部门的各项工作任务;
主导售后团队的组建和培训发展工作,储备与提升售后服务能力;
了解客户服务需求,制定应对策略并沟通相关的部门和人员;
对售后部门的工作任务进行有效跟踪和反馈,确定KPI绩效指标;
定期评估各项KPI的达成率,并及时制定和落实改善的行动计划;
熟练公司产品特点,建立和完善售后服务的标准体系。
协调处理售后重大投诉和突发事件,跟进与协调售后服务工作,
合适的申请者
大学本科及以上学历,理工科专业优先考虑;
8年以上售后服务管理工作经验;
需要有3年以上商用电器、燃气具的行业工作经验;
熟练运用各类办公软件和基本的英语能力;
能适应不定期出差工作;

About Our Client

Job Description
Responsible for the overall management of After Sales Service Department, report to GM.
Establish the develop strategy and activities plan for After Sales Service Department.
Responsible for the implementation of cross-functions cooperation.
Leading the training and staff development of the department, improve the service capabilities
Understand customer’s service needs, establish service strategy.
Setting the KPI for the department and tracking the implementation.
Evaluate the KPI performance, establish improvement strategy.
Master of company product, set up after sales service standard and respond system.
Responsible for the customer complain and emergent issue, follow-up and coordinate the after sales service activities
The Successful Applicant
Higher education, engineering background would be preferable.
5-8 years or above after sales service management experience.
At least 3 years experience in commercial electronic appliance industry
Business English level
Occasionally business trip would be required
