职位描述

参与制订公司的发展战略，为公司战略决策提供信息支持及建议
组织并制定公司年度财务预决算方案，并监督实施，以支持公司目标的实现。
建立并健全规范的、系统的符合公司实际情况的财务核算体系、财务报告制度，进行有效的财务控制，确保财务工作有序进行。
审查或参与拟定有关经济合同、协议及其他经济活动。
具体领导和组织本单位会计核算工作。
根据国家政策法规，充分利用税收优惠政策，制订并实施公司合理避税方案，以降低公司的稅负。
根据集团公司信息化发展的需要，通过建立财务网络信息系统，实现与集团公司财务信息快速传递，发挥财务对物流和资金流的有效控制与调配。
完成总经理布置的其它工作任务。
合适的申请者

8年以上财务相关经验，其中至少2年大型上市公司集团财务管理经验
医疗企业或大型医院工作经验为佳。
具有良好的财务组织分析能力和文字表达能力。
能熟练运用计算机查阅和审察财务信息、资料和报表，熟悉财会政策、合同法和税法。
善于思考和学习，具备很强的沟通能力

Our client is a Well-Branded Listed Group with strong exposure in Pharmaceutical industry. Because of the fast growing business expansion in China, they are actively looking for Finance Controller to join their southern China business expansion
Job Description

Report to Group BU Finance Head, you are expected to
Participate in the study of business plans and strategies by providing financial supports and facilitate implementation of the plans and strategies.
Develop financial planning based on company strategies; establishe and optimize systems and procedures regarding financial reporting and business controlling for post acquisition integration.
Ensure that finance department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies. Be responsible for the review of company investment and technological improvement programs.
Drive cost reduction efforts; identify and verify potential saving opportunities.
Financial Reporting in GAAPs. Financial Statement Review.
Understand and studie the industrial policies of the national government and ensure the financial work is carried out in accordance to national and international laws and regulations
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Finance or related fields preferred.
Pharmaceutical industry or Manufacturing industry exposure is highly expected
8+ years relative work experience, Listed Company working experience is a must
Good knowledge of ERP System,
Good understanding of current financial and economic laws
