Job Description

Responsible for personnel management and improvement
Formulate rules and regulations of the company
Making job description, work flow and instruction book
Set up recruitment system, combing post, to optimize the recruitment process and the establishment of probation system Integrate salary system of China area, submit the annual assessment report of salary
Compile the performance evaluation system, design personnel system, establish an incentive system of rewards and punishment
Deal with the internal labor disputes, the build the harmonious labor relations mode
Write the HR annual report, analyse and clear up the data of all modules
Help to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards.
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field;
Excellent command of both oral and written English;
5 years’ around experience in Human Resources, MNC background preferred;
Strategic, organized and result-driven, good at communication and execution;
