职位描述

负责公司主要业务流程的管理，具体包括订单信息处理、订单物流管理、客户服务管理、仓库及产品管理等；
建设和打造高效的管理和作业团队，提升现有团队的整体素质和效率。
负责人力资源和财务相关工作的管理和协调；
负责管理与业务流程相关的主要合作伙伴的沟通工作；
参与公司整体策划，健全公司各项制度，完善公司运营管理；
策划和推动建立健全公司主要业务流程的规章制度；
策划和推动建立健全公司人力资源和财务管理职能，逐步完善公司的现代企业规范化管理体系；
策划和推动公司现代化仓库管理体系和管理信息系统的建设。
合适的申请者

教育背景重点大学本科以上学历，海归或境外人士
5年以上工作经验，3年以上外贸电商工作经验，2年以上相关核心工作岗位第一负责人经验
英语熟练，能无障碍用英语进行阅读、写作。
熟悉外贸电商业务和流程；熟悉外贸电商领域的相关政策法规
在团队管理方面有极强的领导技巧和才能
熟悉外贸电商财务管理
熟悉外贸电商仓库和物流管理

Our client is a young E-Commerce company, specialized in International Trading to US/Europe market. Due to recently business expanding, they are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join the newly set up branch in Shenzhen.
Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for leadership and oversight for the sustaining operations functions of the business. These specific areas include planning, sourcing, logistic & warehouse management, compliance. The role includes a strong partnership with the Sales and Business Development function and direct report to General Manager in China. You will also response for Finance management, book keeping and accountancy of the business daily operation.
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor Degree or above, 10+ years related internal trading company working experience.
Minimum of 5 years management experience in E-Commence.
Excellent written and verbal communication, in both English and Mandarin.
Demonstrate ability to organize, and multi-task Proficient time management skills.
Excellent leadership and Finance management background
Proactive, open-minded, must be a good team player. Superb decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
Results-oriented leadership skills.
