职位描述
制定华南区销售计划、目标。
组建团队。
控制费用。
发展、维护并管理经销商。
拓宽经销商渠道,有效管理当地经销商。
合适的申请者
至少7年以上工作经验,其中5年有快消销售经验,在食品行业为佳。
对食品销售渠道熟悉,尤其是五星级酒店、西餐厅等餐饮渠道如麦当劳等客户
擅长管理团队,组建团段。
熟悉华南区经销商,对经销商的管理有研究。

About Our Client
My client is a Canadian multi-national privately owned company.It is the world's largest producer of French fries and other oven-ready frozen food products, like pizza and frozen desserts.
Job Description
Own the company’s assigned sales and profit contribution targets for the South China region.
Be proactive and resourceful in driving the sales progress to secure the achievement of the targets while maintaining a strict discipline on budget/spending control.
Reach out proactively to enlist needed support to secure the sales performance that is based on retail sell through.
Be the driver of result oriented organization culture in South China distribution Network
Engage in contract and program negotiation with Guangzhou food service channels
Management of local distributors.
Monthly sales target achievement
Payment, order fulfillment and delivery cycle
Quality of service to retailers
Distributor expenses reimbursement
The Successful Applicant
Attitude/Willingness: keen to be a salesman, has the aggression to win the customer
Very good communication skills with customers;
Openness to learn new skills or systems; open to change
Teamwork is a big
Proactive vs. reactive- previous experience preference is foodservice
