职位描述

1.集团总部税务政策、法规研究；以税务视角审视各项业务线条间关系、收入成本主体的确定、合伙机制下税务管理等；
2.审查和分析当前的税务政策，并提出优化建议；
3.制定整体税务策略，确保公司符合税务责任及目标。包括税务计划、研究、合规、纳税、报告和归档；
4.保障公司税务报表的正确性；
5.一线公司重大税务实务疑难的指导、协助解决。
合适的申请者

1.本科及以上学历，财务、税务等相关专业，3年以上税务管理类工作经验；
2.注册税务师或注册会计师资格优先；
3.熟悉国家和地方财税法规政策，尤其是营业税、增值税、所得税；
4.熟悉香港及境外相关财税法规政策、尤其上市相关税务法规。

About Our Client 
Our client is one of the leading real estate group in China, with its offices in all over China, it is expanding at a very fast speed. Now our client is looking for an Tax Manager with solid transfer pricing knowledge.
Job Description

Monitor inter-company transactions and identify TP exposures
Support the Director to formulate/establish CN TP policies and procedures
Conduct TP risk assessment and develop TP risk management/optimization plan
Support and work with Int'l tax team on TP matters Manage TP audit and negotiate with local tax authorities/SAT in relation to TP matters (e.g. TP planning, adjustment, BAPA, etc.)
The Successful Applicant

Holds bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in Accounting
Holds CPA or CTA qualification Must have gained solid transfer pricing experience in Big 4 Audit firms (Manager or Senior Manager grade)
In-house tax experience is a plus, but not a must Has solid knowledge in Transfer Price Planning and Audit Defense
