职位描述

主要侧重于筹备和协助该公司在香港的上市工作
跟进上市后的相关工作，例如并购等
负责全盘财务的工作，包括企业内审，预算，会计等
负责公司内部的财务管理和团队建设
合适的申请者

大学本科及以上学历。财务、金融、统计专业优先；
7年以上工作经验，3年以上管理经验，必须有四大会计事务所的工作经验；
有互联网公司，TMT行业，香港上市或者大公司的工作经验优先；
有较强的沟通能力，乐观积极，勤奋踏实，严谨的工作作风。有很强的责任心。

About Our Client 
Our client is a game company which is actively preparing for IPO in HK. In order to promote the listing process, they are looking for a Finance Manager to support this project.
Job Description

You will be focus on supporting the preparation of the IPO process
Follow up the post IPO and related work, such as MNA and so on
Responsible for full function finance work, including: internal audit, budgeting, accounting, etc.
In charge of finance management and team building
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree or above. Finance or related major
At least 7 years work experience, 3 years management experience, big4 work experience is required.
Has Internet companies, HK- listed companies or sizable companies TMT industry work experience is preferred
CPA, ACCA qualified is preferred
Has strong communication skills, positive attitude, diligent, rigorous style of work, strong sense of responsibility.
