职位描述

从事企业专业模块的经营分析工作，通过对数据的收集、统计分析与利用进而提出经营管理的改进建议；
负责数据定期提取、处理分析与维护工作，确保数据质量与准确性；
监控专业模块各KPI执行情况，推进经营分析相关事项的落地；
负责预算编制及预算管理、分析相关工作；
参与业务部门组织绩效考核体系的设计、搭建及优化工作；
对所负责的业务部门进行考核结果评定、分析，持续改进和修正KPI指标相关内容；
整理和总结考核结果，配合HR部门提出结果运用等相关工作的意见建议。
合适的申请者

大学本科及以上学历。财务、金融、统计专业优先；
4以上工作经验，熟悉财务分析、预算管理；
有互联网公司或TMT行业美国上市公司的工作经验，熟悉互联网业务或熟悉美国上市公司会计准则
熟悉数据统计分析与经营发展规则及运作流程；
较强的沟通能力。乐观积极，勤奋踏实，严谨的工作作风。有很强的责任心。

About Our Client 
Our client is a US-listed Internet company, which is currently in a quick speed development stage. In order to cope with the rapid development of its business, they are looking for an experienced Financial Analysis Manager.
Job Description

In charge of professional business analysis module, puts forward suggestions for improvement through the collection of data, statistical analysis and utilization management;
Responsible for data regularly extraction, processing and analysis and maintenance work to ensure data quality and accuracy;
Monitor the implementation of specialized modules for each KPI, landing promote business analysis related matters;
Responsible for budget preparation and budget management, analysis related work;
Participate the department performance appraisal system design, construction and optimization;
Responsible for the assessment results assessment, analysis, KPI indicators continued to improve and amend relevant content;
Collate and summarize the results of the exam, cooperate with the HR department, give suggestions for the related work.
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree or above. Finance, financial, statistical major is preferred;
At least 4 years work experience, familiar with financial analysis, budget management;
Has Internet companies or US- listed companies TMT industry work experience, familiar with internet business or U.S. Public Company Accounting Guidelines;
Familiar with data analysis and business development rules and operating procedures
Has strong communication skills, positive attitude, diligent, rigorous style of work, strong sense of responsibility.
