职位描述

1、 统筹广州市所有的市场营销策划与落实工作。
2、 负责策划每周、每月的会员活动，促进会员粘性和会员卡的销售提升。
3、 维护媒体管理、公共关系，促进品牌好感度和知名度的提升。
4、 负责与香港总部进行有效的日常沟通和协调。
合适的申请者

1、6年以上市场营销经验，2年以上经理及以上岗位的团队管理经验；
2、零售、时尚、娱乐、快消行业背景优先考虑；
3、丰富的会员维护、市场促销活动、管理供应商、管理媒体关系的经验；
4、能够承受较大压力，有较强的沟通能力；
5、性格开朗，健谈；
6、良好的英文书写和基础口语表达能力。
薪酬待遇

About Our Client 
One of the high-end brands in fitness industry in Asia which is now in high speed expansion stage. Most of the management are from Fortune 500 companies. The Headquarters is in Hong Kong, so the Guangzhou Market is very important for the company.
Job Description

1. Responsible for the development and implementation of all Marketing activities in Guangzhou.
2. Plan and executive in-house activities for members and other sales support activities, to help promote the brand popularity and the revenue of the organization.
3. To ensure a program for strong brand development and to represent brand to members and external parties in a professional and positive manner.
The Successful Applicant

At least 6 years working experience in marketing field in retail, fashion, recreation, FMCG industry, min 3yrs at manager level.
Solid experience in developing and implementing marketing promotions.
Good understanding of sales promotion mechanics, advertising and public relations
Requires strong communication, negotiation, organizational, co-ordination and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, individually and through cross-functional groups
Willing to work under tight schedules and high pressure and passionate about producing high work standards
Written English is necessary.
What's On Offer
