About Our Client
ECOVACS Group is primarily focused on robot products, dedicating to making a smarter life through diverse intelligent home robot products. ECOVACS Robotics has set a new standard home robot industry. Now, over 30 million families utilize ECOVACS products in their homes. ECOVACS Robotics has successfully launched products in over 30 countries including Spain, France, Canada, Germany, and Malaysia. Currently, ECOVACS Robotics has plans to expand into Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, Australia, and many other countries. Since 2012, ECOVACS Robotics set up overseas branches in United States and Germany. It is due to this rapid expansion that they are currently looking for an Overseas Finance Manager that will cover their operations outside of China.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Company's overall financial management for the oversea branches.
Plan and optimize the international financial management system and build upon the current system.
Lead the team to complete their daily work of the International Finance Department, to reach the specified targets set by the organization.
Establish an effective channel of communication between the international financial management team and oversea finance team.
Track financial status by monitoring variances from plan.
Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Increase productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements.
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this exciting role you must have:
Bachelor degree or above in Business or Economics.
8 years minimum in Financial Accounting experience.
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards including US GAAP, IFRS.
Proficient in corporate financial management and control, budget control and cost analysis and other methods of operation and requirements.
Financial risk prevention ability, familiar with ERP and related financial management systems.
Good character, proactive, ability to work under pressure, great organizational skills, strong communication and coordination ability.
Overseas work experience is preferred.
English, Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
