职位描述
协助渠道部负责人,整体策划及实施渠道招募计划,其中包括渠道目标管理,渠道开发管理,渠道形象管理,渠道信息管理,以及渠道市场推广活动管理等相关渠道工作;
渠道开发管理,包括明确不同渠道的整体开发模式,比如渠道结构的重建与梳理,电商的开发,寻找潜在合作伙伴,并进行商务洽谈和签约,开拓和建立地区市场的代理渠道,并为销售人员提供整体的策略方向指导;
渠道形象管理,确定不同渠道的整体形象建设标准,比如陈列标准,pop标准,人员沟通标准、形象维护标准等内容,并就关键内容提炼出考评标准,同时对渠道销售人员进行系统培训;
建立完善的渠道信息管理及沟通体系,掌握渠道的发展动态,有效跟踪渠道目标的完成状况,根据差异发现问题并找出原因,并及时协调解决,推动区域销售人员进行渠道管理;
渠道市场推广活动的策划及实施,比如联合市场传讯部门,全面开展渠道招募会议,并且根据不同的开发模式配置相应的费用资源,确立具体的费用标准等,以提高区域渠道开发的效率。
合适的申请者
本科学历及以上
五年以上IT行业工作经验,如有外设周边产品从业经验更优;
较强的渠道开拓能力,丰富的沟通、谈判技巧、渠道管理经验;
较强的市场活动策划能力和执行能力,文笔流畅;
具备快速学习能力和开放心态。

Job Description
Assist with the channel development in terms of channel objective, channel development, channel intelligence etc. Be involved in the marketing activities to broaden the channels;
Develop channels in different stages including build up and enhance the existing channel, e-commerce management in the aim to explore the potential partners and approach them for strategic partnership. Broaden the regional agency network and keep the timely update to the regional sales team;
Build up differentiated management standard for corresponding channels in terms of the communication and image controlling. Drew up the KPI and coach the team to to improve the overall performance;
Monitor the communication channel to ensure the efficiency and keep close track on the progress of channel management;
Be involved in the marketing activities and coordinate with the relevant department to facilitate the whole process. Apply for the budget to support the activity.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or above;
Above fie years working experience in IT industry, experience in peripheral products is preferred;
Good channel development skills;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strength in negotiation;
Good at marketing activity plan and implementation skills;
Good learner and positive mind;
Proficient in English speaking and writing, Mandarin is a must.
