Job Description

Under the supervision of the CEO of Machine Dubuit, ensure the coordination between final customers in China and Machine Dubuit
Elabore and follow up sales and marketing action plans for Machine Dubuit in China
Study the Chinese market. Supervise exhibitions in China
Find new direct customers for the company
Develop business of existing customers. Form partnerships
Guarantee good services: advice products, negotiate prices, follow up orders and after sales
Follow up payments from customers. Ensure payments are on time
Write sales visit reports and communicate them
Promote products to customers: printing equipment and consumable. Study and assimilate the company's product characteristics and use range.
Report the customers' needs to Machine Dubuit and ensure adequacy of the products developed with the Chinese market
Translate / create documentations in Chinese
Do the commission of machines. Provide technical training to operators
Other customer and business related work
The sales representative carries the image of the company to customers / outside. Must ensure good presentation and behaviour Be responsible for the turnover of his (or her) customers, or on his (or her) area Guarantee the confidentiality of the company information (customer base, product prices) Involve completely for the company. No personal things are done during working hours
The Successful Applicant

Education : engineer, technician or with Master in technical sciences or equivalent through experience
3 - 4 years experience in a similar position in Shanghai. Eventually in screen-printing technologies.
Proven experience in managing Chinese Key Accounts
Customer service oriented and technically oriented
Strong sales acumen. Achieve objectives. Sense of responsibility
Able to work independently. Very good communication skills.
English and Chinese languages required. English to communicate with Machine Dubuit team.
