Job Description

The ideal candidate needs to meet following requirements:
- With minimal 10 years of professional experience ideally in an international environment in a medium-sized company or agency including 2-3 years senior management or executive position with team responsibilities in agencies or company
- A combination of marketing / brand management and marketing services experience is highly preferred. - Overall understanding of marketing (print, on line - front and back, CRM, media booking, press, social media, trade show, etc.) with a good knowledge of on line marketing as well.
- Is able to motivate, evaluate employees to a certain level, and to develop and analyze the department as a whole. With a highly communicative personality with persuasive power at all hierarchical levels nationally and internationally - Is a good communicator, can build the bridge between headquarter marketing and other functions (R&D, product management, Service, finance and international sales managers).
- Bachelor degree on marketing or business administration is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required. German is a plus.
The Successful Applicant
Leading a team of four, you are responsible for designing the advertising concepts in focus print, on line, crm / partner programs and trade shows. You need to cover media planning and cooperation developments between traditional and on line media internationally with a focus on Chinese market. You will develop and implement social media activities include international website and construction channel and also establish the Performance Marketing Technical control and know-how transfer in three subsidiaries relating the entire product portfolio. You will have the responsibility for all project management tasks, including budget controlling, time line development, agency evaluation and guidance, etc.
