职位描述
向大区经理汇报,管理区域内加盟代理商
跟进、落实负责区域加盟商的选址、开业、道具、配货等事宜
收集、反馈本区域各加盟商所在周边市场同类竞争品牌的销售动态,帮助其提升店铺管理水平,控制库存,提高服务质量
定期、不定期巡查负责区域内加盟店,了解负责区域加盟店的状况, 及时掌握各店的销售情况,及时发现加盟店出现的问题,并针对问题给出解决方案
对所辖区域的销售业绩负责
合适的申请者
4年以上经销商、批发商管理经验,并对店铺运营管理有资深经验具备良好的沟通协调能力,并能够调动一切资源完成公司的业绩增长目标
具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,业绩优秀;
具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;
有较强的事业心,具备一定的领导能力。

Job Description
Responsible for distributors management in Guangdong Province and report to South China Regional Manager.
Make regional business development strategies and action plans.
Lead regional sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and improve regional customer base in order to build up effective and qualified distribution network.
The Successful Applicant
Experienced in distributor management.
Familiar with retail channels including department stores and shopping malls.
At least 4 years experiences in retail.
Good planning skills, team player, and self-motivated.
