职位描述

负责公司财政方面的业务和策略，包括会计及报告事宜、财务计划、财务程序、资金管理、成本控制和投资研究分析；
负责公司财务管理及内部控制，根据公司业务发展的计划完成年度财务预算，并跟踪其执行情况；
有上市公司对外报告经验；
制定、管理和实施公司的财务管理标准和程序，以满足控制风险的要求；
分析并改进现有流程，不断提高资金的利用率和工作效率。
合适的申请者

会计或金融专业本科以上学历，有注册会计师资格者优先；
8年以上财务管理工作经验，或四大会计事务所5年以上审计工作经验；
熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理、会计电算化、相关法律法规；
熟练掌握高级财务管理软件和办公软件；
出色的财务分析、融资和资金管理能力；
良好的组织、协调能力，良好的表达能力和团队合作精神；
有美国或香港IPO上市经验。

About Our Client 
Our Client is an aggressively growing PRC property developer. They are listed in Hong Kong and poised at an exciting phase of development. In light of this, an opportunity now exists for an experienced CFO to join their management team.
Job Description
Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for managing the Group’s finance and accounting related activities, both internally and externally. You will oversee the annual and interim reporting as well as the management of existing and initiation of new financial controls. In addition, you will have a particular focus on leading the Group to further develop their business through potential mergers and acquisitions in Mainland China.
The Successful Applicant
This is a high profile and strategic finance role with a significant degree of responsibility and autonomy. To succeed, you will be an experienced CFO, with a minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience gained from listed companies, ideally in property sector or investment banking. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive, independent and energetic approach are essential. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required with regular travelling to be expected.
