职责:
- 提供铝电解电容器专业工程知识给重点客户, 需定期探访电子工程开发商(R&D)及工厂并推销铝电解电容器相关业务。
- 自发及带领业务团队按定位目标创造业绩, 建立业内客户群并保持与客户的良好关系。
- 按客户查询和要求与公司内部完善沟通并作出响应。
- 制定销售策略并培训业务团队参予处理重点客户。
- 跟进客户服务及订单处理, 制定销售目标并保持与中港公司的紧密联系。
- 确立并完成销售目标。
- 收集市场及竞争对手的情报。
要求:
- 大学毕业
- 具最少十年或以上铝电解电容器与电子产品相关经验。
- 需具备往绩销售纪录, 已建立的客户关系, 特别在电子工程开发商(R&D)及工厂方面, 在铝电解电容器领域 (如品牌: NCC, NICHICON, RUBYCON) 方面有相当专业知识者优先。
- 具良好中英语文能力。
- 具备良好沟通, 谈判, 交际及表达能力。
- 长驻深圳工作, 愿意经常出差公干及发展新客户和追求新业务机会。

Job Descriptions:
- Provide professional knowledge to key accounts about Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor. Periodically visit Electronic Engineer R&D companies and factories, sale relevant products of Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor to OEM factories.
- Responsible for being the self-starter and leading a sales team in generating sales orders and contracts to achieve the sales targets and maintain good relationship with customers in the related industry.
- Handle customers’ enquiries and communicate with internal parties to meet the customer’s requirement.
- Develop selling strategies and coach sales team members in dealing with key accounts.
- Follow up customer service requirement of order & delivery, sales forecast, coordinate companies between Hong Kong and China.
- Ensure sales targets can be met for assigned accounts.
- Gather market & competitor information.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree holder.
- Minimum of 10 years sales experience in Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor and electronic components.
- Proven sales record and customer connections together with professional knowledge in the electronic industry are preferable.
- Proven sales record and customer connection especially in Electronic Engineer R&D companies and factories. Professional knowledge in Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor (e.g. brands such as NCC, NICHICON, RUBYCON, etc) is preferable.
- Fluent English and Chinese is a must.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal as well as presentation skills.
- Stationed in Shenzhen, willing to travel extensively and develop new customer/business opportunity.
Remuneration:
Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate.
