About Our Client
Our client is one of the Global Leading Trading Company. Due to their business expansion, they are now setting up a Sourcing Office in China and is now looking for a China Supplier Quality Head to join their organization.
Job Description
You will be reporting to the China GM and leading a team of 30+ persons. You will be responsible for:
Products are delivered from the suppliers in China meets the requirements of oversea
Quality Control & Quality Management based in China, follow up with the Customers Returns on Product
Work with suppliers also internal stakeholders like Technicians to make sure products quality meets the quality requirements
Develop Quality Suppliers and work with Sourcing Team to make sure products are delivered on time with lower cost but better quality
Secure that Quality inspectors are performed in the most cost effective way based on Supplier Compliance & Competency
Improve Customers Satisfaction on products made in China & Involve Purchasers, Quality Developers and Suppliers in continuous improvements based on Customers and inspection findings
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant needs to have:
Excellent Communication Skill in English & Mandarin
Solid experience in Supplier Quality; persons with Retail/Sourcing Office/Trading Company's experience in China will be highly preferred
Self contributor also a strong team leader
Passionate and self motivated person who can take quality to the next level
Ok to travel 50%-60% domestic and oversea
