职责描述
参与公司兼并收购等业务，工作内容涉及财务分析、企业价值分析、行业分析、投融资方案策划、项目计划书撰写以及沟通、协调、谈判等工作；
能够独立运作和领导投资项目，并参与项目的整体运行；
协助领导制定投资战略、运营、投资决策及方案的执行。
理想的求职者
金融 、投资、经济、管理等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
具有5年以上相关工作经验；3年以上管理经验，有外资投行背景者优先；
精通兼并、收购等资本运作模式； 熟悉项目开发、股权投资、债权投资、证券投资及资产管理工作；熟悉国家（国际）、行业相关政策及法律法规 ；
掌握对投资项目进行评估及监督实施的能力；
精通英语，可作为工作语言。

About Our Client
Our client is the leader and benchmark enterprise in Chinese dietary supplement market. To coupe with their aggressive business expansion plans across the world, they are looking to hire a top quality investment manager to joint their investment team.
Job Description
As a project leader in this dynamic team, you need to do research about consumer goods and healthcare industries across the world. You will be providing top class corporate finance support to assist in various M&A execution projects. You will be taking a hands-on approach in this role and you will be building various financial models to assist the smooth process. You will also participate in deals negotiation as well as conducting financial analysis and the financial impact of the acquisition.
The Successful Applicant
Solid academics from a leading international university, oversea education background is preferred;
Strong research background in consumer goods, healthcare sector with at least a minimum of 5 years working experience;
Strong track record of making strong investment decision and recommendations Strong communication skills and a team player.
Native in Chines is a must;
Ability to work in a small team.
