职责描述
作为开发经理，根据品牌在市场上的定位和大众需求，领导每一季度的产品开发；
在产品试做和大货生产阶段跟合作工厂沟通出现的技术问题并协助解决；
向销售前线团队提供关于产品的知识和意见，帮助他们更好完成销售目标；
理想的求职者
必须会说流利的中文；
至少6年休闲女鞋开发经验；
有在零售行业做产品开发的经验，了解熟悉如何跟零售产品团队合作工作的流程；
熟悉中国国内的时尚消费趋势；

Job Description
To lead the product development according to the brand style and market needs;
Help to solve technical problems in sample making and bulk production;
Provide suggestions and knowledge to sales team for business;
The Successful Applicant
Speaks native Chinese;
At least 5 years experience in product development of ladies casual shoes;
Knowledgeable of product development process in retail brands and knows how to work with retail product teams;
Strong sense on the fashion trend in China market;
