职责描述
统筹管理业务分析部门；
深入业务，构建数据指标体系，为产品提供系统性数据指导与支持；
与业务部门合作开展业务分析；
参与建立并维护流程管理体系，定期检视各项业务流程的执行情况，并持续优化各业务流程。
理想的求职者
本科及以上学历；
5年以上销售支持及市场研究经验
有较强的逻辑分析能力，具有系统性思维，善于归纳整理；
具有较强的沟通协调能力、团队建设能力，熟练使用办公软件。

About Our Client
Our client is a Chinese leading webgame developer with rapid growth in mobile game business. Currently our client is hiring a business analysis manager to grow with the company’s business.
Job Description
Acquire and share deep knowledge of the industry, its competitive landscape, client products, and key business issues that affect the client and industry.
Analyze business functions, processes, requirements, problems, and opportunities, seek effective business solutions through improvement of new and changed processes.
Work closely with the technical team to identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches.
Conduct business processes and data modeling for current and desired scenarios, select appropriate modeling techniques and correct level of detail for meeting assigned objective.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 5 years of sales support and market research experience.
Superior analytical skills.
Strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
