职责描述
深入了解用户需求：
— 积极向用户收集反馈和意见
— 借助积极与用户互动，获得对公司服务的反馈
— 深入了解人工智能系统领域
设计和建造：
— 运用相关的基准和最佳实践，提出提升用户体验的解决方案
— 利用设计资源建立模型以便相关者验证并改进
— 配合日常的业务分析，提高用户体验
监控和测量：
— 运用人工智能的项目管理工具，监督项目交付
— 参与测试和验证项目
理想的求职者
成功的候选人应具备如下条件：
三年以上的相关工作经验
对用户体验与人性化的界面交互设计充满热情，关注网页领域发展的最新趋势，与移动和平面设计保持同步
优秀的项目管理能力
即使候选人自己不做任何开发，知晓HTML / CSS以及了解制约网站发展因素将会是加分项
良好的沟通能力，优秀的商务英语听说，书写能力

About Our Client
Our client is a leading quality control service provider, partnering with some of the world's largest brands and retailers. To cope with their aggressive business expansion plans in the region, they are expanding their IT team in Shenzhen.
Job Description
Understand the difficulties and needs of users:
- Improve and implement the tools to gather feedback and opinions from users.
- Proactively engage with users to study their interaction with our services.
- Become an expert in AI systems’ function and scope.
Design and build:
- Using relevant benchmarks and best practice, propose solutions to improve the users’ experience.
- Use design resources to build mockups to allow stakeholders to validate improvements.
- Interact on a daily basis with Business Analysts to clarify, enhance.
Monitor and measure:
- Responsible to delivery of projects under your supervision, using AI’s project management tools.
- Involved in testing and validating the projects you initiate.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should
At least 3 years’ experience in similar positions.
Passionate about user experience and human interface design, and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in web, mobile and graphic design. ?
Strong in project management and can be trusted to deliver concrete results.
Even though you won’t have to do any development yourself, a good understanding of HTML/CSS and web development constraints is a plus. ?
Good communicator, and speak and write excellent business English.
