职责描述
岗位职责：
1.负责制定公司港澳台市场推广发展战略规划，参与制定公司的销售计划及目标；
2.负责规划、管理市场推广费用；
3.负责制定各品牌全年市场推广方案，包括但不限于活动主题、媒体投放、公关、促销；
4. 完善部门人员架构与业务流程
5. 完成公司交办的其他任务；
理想的求职者
任职资格的具体描述：
1.8年以上零售行业市场营销管理经验，对消费品市场、渠道、消费者有全面深入的了解；
2.具备品牌、媒介管理 、广告创意、媒介投放、活动策划等具体执行流程者优先；
3.具有优秀的市场感知能力，能敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向；
4.具备优秀的战略思考能力、市场规划能力，沟通能力。

Job Description
Conduct competitor and market analysis to develop counter strategies and initiatives.
Formulate and execute of marketing plans to differentiate the brand, build brand equity and drive consumer purchase.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute market strategies, ongoing support and plans including new product launches, events planning and execution, advertising creative, media planning, channel strategies, public relations, point of sale, promotions etc.
The Successful Applicant
· 8+ years brand marketing experience required.
· Solid experience in market analysis, retail events planning, media management, PR
· Curious and passionate about consumers and building brands.
· Superb attention to detail; material produced is meticulously executed.
· Entrepreneurial spirit; must be able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed.
· Creativity; open to new ideas, adventurous and practical simultaneously.
· Fluency in Mandarin
