Job Description
You will lead all Sales activities for China and Asia. Maintaining and building existing client base and sales, and identifying new wholesale clients, Franchisees, sales channels, strategic partners and eCommerce opportunities. You will manage the coordination of activities such as marketing, product line, suggested market pricing, IT, Customer Service, reports and statistics. Ensuring flow of information and communication. Provide excellent communication with sales team, clients and other office/support staff. Problem solving, assisting sales team in increasing sales and helping to grow national sales figures.
Roles and Responsibilities, Main Duties.
>Identify opportunities, new accounts, strategic partners, Licensing partners, Franchisees
>Complete review and where necessary overhaul of Sales department activities, roles, priorities
>Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
>Coordinate Marketing strategies & advertising , Social Media activities and customer databases and email blasts · >Creation of Management Sales reports
>Develop, oversee and grow Online sales
>Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
>Manage Support for sales reps, reviewing product lines, pricing
>Maintaining and improving relationships with clients
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally have rich experience in the Footwear industry, running Sales operations. Individuals seeking to apply for this position should be of graduate calibre with a proven track record of APAC sales and past experience dealing with wholesale clients, Franchisees in the Asia region. Creative and entrepreneurial, you will be highly commercial with the ability to negotiate at a senior level.
Other attributes and experience:
-Native Chinese with fluency in English
-Retail Sales, Franchise Sales & Management experience
-A track record in driving sales activity through multiple channels
-A real passion for Footwear is highly desirable
-Experience in online retail sales would also be an advantage
