Job Description
Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing and developing new sales(logo) for the company by identifying growth opportunities in the Chinese market and building a pipeline of high quality clients as well as effectively communicating with prospective clients using sales techniques to meet quality sales targets with full sales cycle.
Identify and generate new business (background screening) opportunities in East China market to achieve sales budget by focusing on key prospects that generate volume business in higher recruitment companies.
Manage the end-to-end Sales Cycle; build and maintain a healthy pipeline by pitching product developments to prospective clients.
Make strong business relationships and build rapport from multiple stake-holders in the prospect’s organization.
Report prospecting and sales activities to managers with forecasted sales revenue in salesforce system accurately and on a timely basis.
Client experience with multinational companies at the Director and Vice President levels
Reporting to the South China BD Manager
The Successful Applicant
Professional presence and business acumen.
6+ years working experience in solution sales industry with solid track record.
Working experience in HR outsourcing industry or other professional service industry required
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken & written)
Strong business development skills
Strong communication skills High levels of initiative
Ambitious and aggressive
Sales passion and confidence
Challenge tough questions
