My Client is a Global Group Company in Automotive industry. The new plant will significantly enhance the production capacity of it's niche market business, and effectively integrate related product lines in China. Increasing car ownership in China will lead to the rare opportunity for Chinese Automotive industry to develop, meanwhile, global sales and service channels of group would benefit serving for global market as well. With the continuous improvement concept, the new plant will seize the strategic opportunity to bundle manufacturing and technical strengths.
Job Description
Financial Accounting and Reporting Directs and oversees the financial accounting and reporting activities for
Leads the annual financial and business planning process to ensure the alignment between tactical plans and strategic goals.
Works with the rest of team in the process of prioritizing activities in order to deliver maximum positive impact on business results
Establishes and implements the financial policies, procedures and systems in according to global policies and local requirements;
Leads the general accounting and financial management including budgeting, planning, rolling forecasting, financial reporting , treasuring, cash and risk management;
Review and controls the financial status, result and cash flow in the daily operations;
Manages credit and working capital as well as free cash flow to ensure a healthy financial status;
Responsible for the tax matters.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, auditors and banks for all financial transaction
Business Support Provides financial decision support for key business initiatives and programs with alignment of current and long-term business objectives;
Review financial reports to present findings and recommendations to the regional and global executive team;
Advises Senior or executive management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation
Identifies important emerging issues and concerns in the financial and non-financial operations of business and work with other members of leadership team for corrective and preventive actions.
The Successful Applicant
Fluent Business level English required
Bachelors degree in Finance required; Master's degree in business preferred
15+ years of financial and business operations management experience
5+ years in a Finance leadership role in a manufacturing or consumer-oriented business
Experience working in large multi-national organizations
Strong financial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong executive presence and poise when interfacing with executives, customers, vendors and commercial partners
History of successfully leading process, technology, or other business transformation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to challenge others, while build and maintain positive working relationships across organizational levels and functional boundaries
Ability to delegate, yet willingness to roll up sleeves and get into the details
Experience in Electronic or Automotive industry preferred
Hands-on mentality and a distinct ability to simultaneously organize and handle a wide range of issues
Strong leadership skills and team player
