该公司为国内大型上市龙头型投资性集团公司。公司成立于1985年，目前在国内A，B 股上市。 该公司是国内最大的食品加工中外合资企业，在30年的发展历程中不断整合资产和市场业务，并积极找寻转型机遇，目前因业务战略发展需求，在市场上诚聘集团高级财务副总裁作为企业战略转型的合作伙伴专注于旗下地产业务以及相关综合服务产业的拓展和运营。
职责描述
1、带领团队完成各项私募证券投资、股权投资、创业投资等基金业务，负责融投管退等全业务流程；
2、负责私募股权基金投资项目的筛选、市场调查、可行性研究；产品设计、交易方案设计、财务分析、估值及回报分析等；
3、具有丰富项目资源及挖掘项目资源的能力，主导公司的项目拓展，项目方谈判，产品设计和协议签署；
4、寻找潜在的并购目标，进行尽职调查和财务分析，制定流程、培训、及并购计划方案、参与谈判，建立项目投资的管理机制。
理想的求职者
1、全日制统招经济、金融、财务等相关专业本科以上学历；硕士或海归学历优先；
2、具有在美国、新加坡、香港等大型投行、私募基金等金融机构或地产行业7年以上工作经历，具备国际间收购、兼并、投融资工作经验，有成功案例者优先；
3、与券商、投行、四大、律所及证监会有良好合作关系者优先考虑；组织协调能力强，具有较强的商务沟通和谈判能力；
4、具有敏锐的战略眼光、投资触觉以及丰富的融资渠道和业内广泛的人际关系；具有很强的财务分析能力、行业研究能力；有成熟的大型项目融资经验，熟练掌握各种直接、间接融资工具，与各大银行、机构有良好合作及人脉关系；
5、全面熟悉企业管理并能熟练运用各种投融资工具，具有较强的数理分析能力，熟练掌握数量化分析工作，擅长投资调研报告、可行性研究报告等文本资料撰写；
6、工作中具有责任心、进取心，善于组织和沟通，具有创新意识，执行能力强；7、中英文俱佳，能够与国内外合作方进行流畅的交流。

About Our Client
Our client is a domestic leading business, found in 1985, this company has been specialized in food processing industry with a complete and advanced business model. Listed in both A and B share, this company saw a stable business development and a healthy financial growth in all these years. Due to its strategic expansion in property and related healthcare industry, this company is seeking talents for its Deputy CFO position.
Job Description
The main responsibilities of this role are:
1 Lead the team to complete the private equity investment fund business , venture capital and other financial Investment Management and be responsible for the full refund and other business processes ;
2 Responsible for screening private equity fund investment projects , market surveys, feasibility studies ; product design , transaction design, financial analysis, valuation and return analysis ;
3 Discover a wealth of project resources and mining project resources, capabilities, leading the company's expansion project, project negotiations, product design and protocols ;
4 Looking for potential acquisition targets , due diligence and financial analysis, development processes, training , and mergers and acquisitions program plan , negotiation , project management mechanism to establish investment.
The Successful Applicant
1, Bachelor degree or above or returnees Masters degree preferred;
2, More than seven years of work experience United States, Singapore, Hong Kong and other large investment banks , private equity funds and other financial institutions or the real estate industry, with international acquisitions, mergers , investment and financing work experience, there are success stories is preferred ;
3, Brokerage , investment banking, big four, law firms and good cooperation between the Commission preferred; Strong organizational skills, strong business communication and negotiation skills;
4, Keen strategic vision, tactile and rich investment financing and extensive industry relationships ; has a strong financial analysis , industry research capabilities ; a mature experience in financing large projects , mastering a variety of direct and indirect financing tools , and major banks, institutions have good cooperation and connections ;
5, Fully conversant with business management and skilled use of a variety of financing tools , with strong mathematical analysis ability , proficiency in quantitative analysis , specializes in investment research reports, feasibility study reports and other information written text ;
6, Sense of responsibility , initiative , good organization and communication, a sense of innovation and strong execution capabilities ;
7. Good English
