职责描述
1、 负责新产品投产中的项目计划、跟踪、管理、协调；
2、 解决新产品的工艺技术方案和供应商开发；
3、 在项目实施的过程中负责资源配置、进度协调、质量控制等；
4、 就项目的实施与公司各部门协调；
5、 制定APQP计划，灵活运用各种管理工具解决新产品试生产过程中出现的各种问题；
6、 定期汇总和汇报项目的进展；
7、 负责召集各种项目会议；
8、 协调并解决项目内出现的其他问题。
理想的求职者
1、 本科及以上学历，机械、工程类专业；
2、 3年以上项目管理经验；
3、 良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；
4、 积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力；
5、 熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA；
6、 有汽车、电子、机械加工经验为佳；具有金属压延加工专业背景者优先。
7、 良好的英语口头及书面表达能力；

About Our Client
Wieland Thermal Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a member of The Wieland Group. They produce fin tubes with superior heat transfer performance with raw materials of copper, cooper alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium etc. Wieland's products are widely used in industries such as air conditioning & refrigeration, oil & gas processing & producing, chemical & petro-chemical processing, power generation and energy conversion industries.
Job Description
1. Responsible for planning, tracking, managing and coordinating of manufacturing resourcing during the introduction of new product.
2. Responsible for the design of manufacturing process and supplier development.
3. Responsible for resource allocation, time schedule, quality control throughout the life cycle of the projects.
4. Work with all relevant departments to ensure the project implementation meet requirements and expectations.
5. Establish APQP plan, utilize management tools to solve the problems during the new product trail run.
6. Review and report the progress of projects on a regular basis.
7. Initiate project meetings to ensure clarity of project progress.
8. Strong abilities of hands-on project management and cross team collaboration in delivering solutions and identifying improvement opportunities in multiple technical areas.
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor's degree and above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related.
2. 3+ years project management experience.
3. Strong planning, executive skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proactive, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and good team spirit, being able to work under pressure.
5. Experiences with quality tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA).
6. Experience in Automobile, Electronic, Mechanical Process, Machinist Metal Cutting industry is preferred
7. Excellent written and verbal English
