2.  At least 1 year experience in customer management/sales/shipping.
3.  Proficient communication skills and problem-solving ability;
4. Good communication skills on both writen and readin English;

Job Description：
1.  Coordination & preparation for NPI.
2.  Responsible for the samples and FAI.
3.  Manage BOM/ECN/PCO to ensure correct materials are kitted; Check SOP & WI before issue to production.
4.  Liaise with customers on business, products or cost related issues; Responsible for maintaining & growing exciting business.
5.  Responsible for releasing product quotations; Administer customer orders, deliveries and enquirer.
6.  Monitor sales schedules vs forecast(due to down or up side) and follow up.
7.  Following up the outstanding payments and reporting the aging status.
8.  Monitor the stock for the effective cost, Prepare financing / inventory holding cost due to end of life buy or material exposure.
9.  Present cost savings proposal to customers; Perform regular follow up with customers to understand their requirements.
10. Provide the solutions to customers' complaints.
11. Report informative news / progress activities to the management.
12. All reports to be required.
