Job Description
With the rapid development of its business globally, our client is continuously expanding its IT team in China. They are sincerely looking for multiple Helpdesk Engineers, Service Support Engineers, and OA System Engineers in Fujian.
The Successful Applicant
Helpdesk Engineer
Master of ITIL and ITSM, solid IT technical background;
Good analytical and problem solving ability, good communication and interpersonal skills;
Have strong service mind and be able to work under pressure
Service Support Engineer
Familiar with ITIL, have good knowledge of network security and anti-virus
Proficient in PC assembly and trouble shooting, familiar with LAN and Office OA application
Have project management experience, be able to independently manage over 300 PCs
OA System Engineer
University degree in Computer Science or related subjects;
Proficient in SharePoint;
Familiar with OA and BPM;
Good programming ability in .Net and Java;
Familiar with SQL Server, Oracle and other database system;
Experience in SAP is a plus.
