职责描述
1) 带领客户关系专业团队,为品牌建立CRM系统。
2) 优化VIP政策,并监控实施
3) 规划年度VIP活动,挖掘潜在客户,完成新VIP招募计划
4) 组织消费者调研及需求分析,对相关数据进行分析和监控
5) 统筹线上线下销售活动的策划和开展
理想的求职者
1) 具有丰富的CRM系统的开发或实施经验
2) 具有线上线下消费者调研、需求分析、消费者行为研究的专业经验
3) 具有项目管理经验,能独立管理项目
4) 具备数据统计和分析能力

Our client is one of the fashion companies which gets the fastest speed of development in China. In 2013, the group got more than 200 millions RMB sales in China and will get 35% increase this year.
Job Description
Lead the CRM team to build CRM system and support the National Sales Director to plan and executive online and offline activities to get the sales target.
The Successful Applicant
Have experience of CRM system and team building.
Have experience of customer research online and offline.
Can do project management independently.
