职责描述
这个职位会直接汇报CEO，对整个品牌的全面负责。
从公司战略发展角度，负责制定经营规划方案，进行市场发展跟踪和策略调整
结合品牌文化，制定符合酒店的服务管理理念和运营规则
与各个酒店投资人和总经理紧密合作
负责部门内部资源的协调及管理，确保管理效率

About Our Client
Our client is China's leading world-class hotel group, it launch a young and dynamic bouquet hotel brand in China, targeting middle class female. The group has multiple brands, and has members are over 80 million. And the brand new hotel will expand to 500+ single properties within 5 years.
Job Description
The role will basically responsible for developing the business plan, marketing strategy and the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies of the bouquet hotel brand. The role shall see to the implementation of optimal and attractive products and services required to address the hotel’s target groups, based on marketing plans and budgets. At the meanwhile, the role will need to co-work with all the property owners and hotel general managers
The Successful Applicant
Young and dynamic brand hotel working experience
International or develop marketing insight in hospitality
Good communication skills
Chain hotel operation experience is a plus
