职责描述
负责全盘财务的工作，包括企业内审，预算，会计等
组织制定公司年度经营计划，审核经营投资方案，监督检查经营计划和经济合同的执行情况；
制定各财务中心的工作计划、工作职责，将工作具体安排到人；
组织制定公司财务收支计划、资金筹措和成本控制方案设计；
负责组织对公司财务活动进行分析研究，提出合理化建议，发现问题及时向领导反馈；
负责公司风控和合规体系建设，定期对公司业务运行规范进行监督检查，监督业务合规开展；
负责公司内部的财务管理和团队建设
理想的求职者
大学本科及以上学历。财务及相关专业者优先；
5年以上工作经验，3年以上管理经验，必须有制造型企业的工作经验；
流利的英语，有叫熟练的听说读写能力
有较强的沟通能力，乐观积极，勤奋踏实，严谨的工作作风。有很强的责任心。

About Our Client
Our client is a solar related manufacture which is headquartered in USA. Their annul revenue has reached over $20 million before. In order to cope with the rapid development of its business, they are looking for an experienced Finance Manager.
Job Description
Responsible for full function finance work, including: internal audit, budgeting, accounting, etc.
Respond for the monthly consolidation reports and monthly group reports to ensure they are accurate and compliance with company guideline;
Review general ledger on monthly basis, with properly judgment for all provision and accrual expenses;
Fully support and assist in coordination and participation in the annual budgeting process;
Setting up the financial and management reporting system, tax planning, risk management and internal control functions of the entire operations.
Support and monitor business team daily operation and effective business decision support
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or above. Finance or related major
At least 5 years work experience, 3 years management experience, manufactory company work experience is required.
Fluent English in both reading and speaking
Has strong communication skills, positive attitude, diligent, rigorous style of work, strong sense of responsibility.
