职责描述
负责小额信贷、供应链融资产品流程设计;
负责撰写MRD和PRD文档以及产品操作手册;
负责小额信贷、供应链融资产品的风险分析以及防范措施;
负责产品梳理和整合,负责产品培训,并协助营销和推广;
负责分析同业和竞争对手市场营销策略,为部门业务发展提供决策依据;
负责在产品外包过程中的项目计划跟进及推进,确保产品上线的时间以及质量。
理想的求职者
教育背景:国家承认本科及以上学历;
具备两年以上的小额贷管理工作经验,三年以上的互联网或金融行业从业经验;
熟悉国内信贷、供应链融资系统及相关创新产品,具备市场及产品研究和分析能力,对相关领域的各项政策、业务特点和市场状况有一定的理解;
具备良好的产品规划、应用项目管理、时间进度跟进控制能力;
具备严谨的逻辑思维能力、思维活跃、善于学习/钻研,良好的沟通及协作能力。

About Our Client
Our client is a famous financial service company. They specialize in providing the professional finance service with the core businesses of consumer and car finance. In order to better cope with the rapid development of its business, they are looking for a credit manager.
Job Description
To lead the FOL team, covering country wide business in facility offer letter preparation and other legal documents preparation based on credit proposals.
To lead the team to provide consultancy to both internal and external customers regarding facility offer letter.
To initiate or drive any discussion with stake holders on FOL related issues or any other initiatives.
To inspire the team members and drive for high performance.
To lead the key projects in Credit Service area to simplify, automate, migrate, and re-engineer processes across the department.
To facilitate department level performance & cost saving initiatives, driving strategic direction set by Head of Credit Service.
To consistently implement risk control activities, ensuring compliance to both internal bank policy and external regulatory requirement.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state), preferably in finance, economics, legal
Above 5 years solid working experience (including min. 3 years as team leader) in the field of corporate banking with solid banking knowledge, preferably with good exposure to credit services and operational risk control in general.
Familiar with credit products, credit operational cycle, credit related processes, as well as credit related internal and external systems (i.e. HUB, PBOC CIS, SAFE UPRR, etc).
Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst managing ambiguity, adhering to timelines and ensuring high quality of output
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and creative problem solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English with ability to present solution in a professional manner
