职责描述
你会向亚太区的财务副总裁直接进行汇报。你需要制定和实施公司在大中华区的战略政策并符合总公司的相关指引。你需要主动建议引导业务部门主管的相关决定以确保财务数据良好。你需要确保及时准确地完成财务计划，预测及预算。你同样负责公司风险管理和内部控制并管理整个财务部门。另外，你需要评估公司在大中华区的投资情况并根据政府法规准备财务分析报告，预算及预测。有一定的出差频率。
理想的求职者
至少5年贸易，分销，零售行业的财务主管工作经验
至少5年中国大陆的财务会计类工作经验
熟悉IFRS指导规则
国际化公司工作背景并能够适应MNC公司的工作文化
可证明的领导力，沟通能力和影响力
优秀的分析能力及运营管理能力
能熟练掌握英文及普通话的读写
了解Iscala和Hyperion是加分项
财务或者金融专业本科或者硕士以上学历

About Our Client
Our client is the forerunner in the industry. It provides cargo handling solutions and services to ports, terminals, distribution centers and heavy industry.
Job Description
You will report to the Vice President Finance-APEC. You will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company’s finance strategy in Greater China and in line with corporate guidelines. You need to proactively advise the line managers in decisions with substantial financial consequences with financial analyses to support these decisions. You have to ensure the timely, complete and accurate availability of financial plans, reports, forecasts and budgets. You have to provide guidelines and oversight on risk management and internal control structure. You need to develop and co-ordinate professional methods, systems and procedures in order to grow the capabilities of the finance function. Besides, you need to plan and review capital investments, and oversee all-rounded financial and management accounting functions. Preparing financial statements according to PRC statutory requirements and management report & performing financial analysis as well as preparing annual budget and forecast.
Frequent travel is required.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5 years of solid financial or accounting experience and business controlling within trading, distribution or retail industry sectors.
At least 5 years’ experience in China accounting practice.
Familiar with the guidelines such as IFRS.
Mature and seasoned financial professional with an international background.
An ability to work in an international context with a demonstrated ability to leverage key initiatives into company-wide successes.
Demonstrated leadership, communicating and influencing skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with pragmatism, creativity and operational skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Iscala and Hyperion knowledge is preferred
University degree in Finance or related disciplines, post graduate degree preferred.
