About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest restaurant chains in Hong Kong and China focusing on providing diversified and quality cuisine. Due to continual expansion to diversify their portfolio, a need has arisen to recruit an operations manager.
Job Description
1) Reporting to the Division GM
2) You will be overseeing over 100 stores’ P&L, be involved in strategic planning for the business growth and assist in developing new stores.
3) You will lead a team of store managers to run a restaurant brand in full spectrum including store maintenance and highest standard of food quality, hygiene and safety standards are implemented effectively.
4) You will monitor, motivate and coach the team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure appropriate staffing and succession planning.
5) Closely coordinating with functional teams like marketing and supply chain, you will ensure company policies are firmly executed.
The Successful Applicant
1) To qualify, you will have a minimum 8 years’ exposure in Food/Fashion/Cosmetics retails shops management experiences.
2) You will demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staffs.
3) You will show strong business sense, analytical and organizational skills.
4) You will be self-motivated and be capable to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
5) Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
