职责描述
·根据公司现有的催收策略,完成月度委外催收指标,有效回收不良资产;在国内不断变化的金融环境中,不断提出适宜的委外催收策略及管理模式;
· 及时了解国际、国内行业标准,对委外催收同业动态予以实时关注,充分分析同业委外催收政策,以及公司委外政策的竞争优势,提高核心竞争力;
· 内外部环境变化后,及时向公司提出修订公司委外催收策略与管理模式的建议,对委外催收工作不断进行总结;
· 组织制定或调整催收政策,控制信贷风险,提高信贷盈利能力;
· 督导全国各合作公司按公司的整体策略,完成各自催收指标;
· 负责日常对合作公司进行催收业务的指导,协调公司合规催收、完成合作公司催收信息支援性工作;
· 及时掌握合作公司的内部动态,根据公司的整体策略,对各合作公司进行优化及调整,对分中心与合作公司提出的合理化建议进行可行性评估,对于优秀的方案及时推广。
· 催收业务委外管理工作,催收帐户的委托、对账、保留、退回及佣金支付等工作;
· 催收业务代理机构的催收信息支援工作。
理想的求职者
· 大学本科以上,金融、管理等相关专业
· 1年以上管理经验
· 精通风险管理知识,掌握相关法律知识,掌握信用卡业务知识,了解基本的企业管理知识
· 较强的人际沟通协调能力、计划组织能力,良好的分析判断能力、书面表达能力、语言表达能力,能熟练应用计算机

Job Description
? Follow the company's existing collection strategy, complete outsourcing monthly collection targets, the effective recovery of non-performing assets; domestic changing financial environment, outsourcing continues to make appropriate collection strategy and management;
? Keep abreast of international and domestic industry standards for outsourcing to be real-time dynamic collection industry concern, a full analysis of the industry outsourcing collection policies, as well as the competitive advantage of the company's outsourcing policy, improve the core competitiveness;
? According to the internal and external environment changes, make timely amendments to the company's outsourcing strategy and collection management mode and recommend for outsourcing work ongoing collection;
? Organise to develop or adjust the collection policy to control credit risk, improve profitability of credit;
? Supervise partner companies across the country according to the company's overall strategy to complete their collection targets;
? Responsible for the daily collection company for business cooperation guidance, coordination Corporate Compliance collection, complete collection of information to support the work of partner companies;
? Grasp the internal dynamics of partner companies, to optimize and adjust according to the company's overall strategy. For rationalise proposals for each partner companies’ sub-centers and partner companies, and to conduct a feasible assessment program for timely promotion.
? Management of outsourcing collection account of the commission, reconciliation, retention, return to work and commission payments;
? Support the gathered information from the work of the business collection agency.
The Successful Applicant
? Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Management and other related professionals
? More than a year of management experience
? Proficient in Risk Management knowledge, acquire the relevant legal knowledge and master the credit card business knowledge and understanding of basic business management knowledge
? Strong interpersonal communication skills, planning organizational and analytical skills, oral and writing skills, as well as proficiency in computer applications
