1 Proactively contact customers following up sales activities
2 Coordinate outside sales,management,engineering,quality,and production by responding to customer inquiries
3 Create customer address in both Aplan and Oracle,generate quotations,manage customer orders,forecast,pull in request,contracts,payment etc.
4 Ownership & willingness to take the lead to fix issuer,work effectively with other members of the CSR team
5 Obtain customer information accurately and maintain customer information filer in time
